DAY 1- A new start

Hello! 

So My 21 Day fix started on 6/15/15 because I am tired of being fat. 




Background-


 I was a year-round athlete in High School 5 years ago

 I was all of 105 lbs my Junior year


Today 

 I have decided TODAY is the day I will do this- NO excuses!!!

Facts about me:
I haven't eaten a real veggie in prob 7 months.
It has been years since I've eaten a piece of broccoli cauliflower, carrot or any other healthy veg. (I like corn&peas lol)
I have NEVER eaten any food/ veggie without adding at lesat a little salt or butter or both.


Why I chose 21 day fix? 

A year ago I decided to lose weight and I tried T25. It sucked. I wasn't enjoying myself. I wasn't committing to the exercises because it felt like there was no end to them. So I wasn't giving it 100%
After hearing people talk about their actual results and what the program is like it piqued my interest.



Here's the low down: 

You do 1 minute of exercise. 60 seconds. Then you get a 20-30 second break depending on what day your on.
This gives you a goal. GO HARD for 60 seconds that's it. One exercise at a time.

Day 1: Total Body fix:


WOW... My physical fitness is horrible. I found myself doing half the moves modified!!!
I am not sure if Autumn is as motivational as other beach body coaches.
This food portion control is really making me think about how much I am overeating.
I find my self still being hungry after eating each meal.
I have thought about going to Arby's at least 3 times today LOL..
Well I have made it through one day.
As I am about to go to sleep I am hungry. Like not starving, but hungry.
I'm so used to idly eating that my body thinks it needs more food but it doesn't
Whelp... I'm going to chug a bottle of water and Sleeeeeeepppp
