HOLY CRAP I CAN'T WALK
Sigh... I might die
Waking up this morning: The first 20 mins
I woke up and tried to get out of bed I gave up and just laid there.
When I finally mustered up the energy and courage to move again it took me 2 tries to get out of bed.
I had to pee.
I walked to the bathroom feeling every step as I went.
I tried to sit down normally HOLYYYY CRAPPPPPP
I decided then and there that I was refusing to go to the bathroom or sit down for the rest of the day. (as I type this I am standing up)
It took me 5 mins to get down the stairs.
I popped some baked oatmeal in the microwave and then ate it standing up. (no cheating today)
FOOD:
I think I'm starting to get used to this new diet. I wasn't very hungry when I woke up today. I'm not sure if it was because I was too focused on how sore I was or not. I made baked chicken breast and tried this seasoning mix on it (I mixed it and then combined my two chili powders and poured the rest in the empty one.) The chicken actually tasted good, Success!
What I changed:
I didn't mix any salt into my seasoning mix.
I also haven't put any salt on anything I have eaten so far this week... YAY ME!!
Pilates Fix:
Started off rocky ... well actually TERRIBLE!!!
Do not get me started on this move-
But once I got moving and focused I started enjoying myself. This might have been my favorite work out so far. I actually HAD FUN!!! Whattttt? :) My abs burn so good.

I would like to revise my statement from yesterday... I actually like Autumn in these videos, she isn't all IN YOUR FACE yelling and motivating she is just extremely informative and is motivating you using common sense.

What I have learned so far:
STRETCH!!! After the cool-down stretch on your own (you can even re-do the cooldown) to make sure you get a really good stretch in. Any muscle that you worked that day stretch it.
This was a life saver all day today:
What I changed today-
I started the video and did the warm up.
Then I paused the video and stretched everything that felt sore still after doing the warm up.
After stretching I restarted the video and did the warm-up again, went through the whole video and after the cool-down I hit re-wind and did the cool down again.
