Day 2- I want cake, cookies, brownies and an Arby's roast beef sandwich.... just saying

I am NOT Hungry

Kale is ..... extra gross

Morning-

I woke up this morning with ZERO energy. I also didn't need an alarm clock because my stomach woke me up with its growling, loudly. I honestly thought it was my dog at first.
For breakfast I decided to try those steel cut oats that the booklet said to buy (notice how I place blame with ease.)
I added cinnamon and raspberries.
The Good news- The raspberries were REALLY fresh and delicious and I ate all of them.
The Bad news- Steelcut oats have a gag-worthy texture, and with no sugar it was inedible.
Sugar is not on the list of approved seasonings- if it were up to me it would be... but then again when it is up to me I end up at 180 pounds so ... good thing someone else is in charge.
I chucked the oatmeal and had a whole grain waffle with 1TSP sugar free syrup instead.

Upper Body Fix:

I didn't really sweat too much during this video.
I did have to modify the push-ups and all all push-up like moves because I literally cannot do a single push-up without my shoulder freaking out on me or popping out of place (Its a long story that goes back to like 4th grade and then jumps to 12th grade) so that might have been part of the problem.
I also only had one set of weights that are only 3lbs each so i'm betting if I get heavy weights and use them i'll get a better workout.
Note to self:  Buy a heavy set of weights or use the dog next time as a weight.

Food:

I bought some Cod during my shopping trip and decided today would be a fish day. I don't normally eat fish... Unless its beer battered and deep fried. I was completely unaware that there was any other way to cook it ;) But I found this recipe online and I thought hey why not.

What I changed-
Salt- No salt
Olive Oil- Coconut Oil (EV) 2TSP
Onion- 1/2 of a medium onion
Chicken Broth- Fat free, Low sodium
Olives- No olives (because I already used my orange container)
Tomato- 1 small tomato

I used 1tsp of the coconut oil to cook the cod and 1tsp to cook the Kale&Onions.

Trying to cook good tasting food in the confines of this diet is starting to seem impossible. The fish was okay after I doused everything with lemon. And the Kale as the first picture of this entry suggests .... GROSS.... So I did what any normal, mature adult would do. I pinched my nose, barely chewed, and chugged water in between bites.

Note to self: Become less of a kid when it comes to eating veggies. (stop promising yourself new clothes for every bite you take.)
