Let me start this post by saying. I woke up STARVING...
Steel Cut Oats- Gag
While I was at the store I bought Steel cut oats. I tried to eat them yesterday plain with cinnamon and a few raspberries and it just turned me off of them.. they have a really weird texture.. I ended up eating a whole wheat waffle instead.

Today I decided to give them another try, but in a different way.
I LOVE Baked Oatmeal with all the fixen's- a spoonful of sugar, a tablespoon of butter, and cover with with whole milk YUMMMMY. But I know that would NOT be 21 day fix approved so to google I went and I found this recipe.

Here's what I changed-
Oats- Steel Cut OatsCinnamon- 1 TBSP
NO SALT
Brown sugar- 3 Packs of Stevia
Milk- Organic Unsweetened Soymilk (Silk)
Vanilla- 1TBSP
Honey- 1TBSP
Butter- 1 1/2 TBSP Coconut oil (Extra Virgin)
Berries- 1/2C BLueberries
Pecans- None (I'm Allergic)
It actually turned out not too bad! I think adding the extra cinnamon and vanilla helped... Kinda?
I'm trying to hold my self accountable on what I cheat on Soooo...
***CHEAT ALERT***
After eating a bite I really missed the sweetness of my normal breakfast
Soooo.....
I added 1/2 a pack of Stevia to my serving :(
Note to self: I have no self control. I will work on that.
Lower Body Fix-
I actually kinda liked this workout. I modified a few times and I paused the video once to really stretch my legs out because they were on FIRE! My legs felt like Jello afterwards.
If it burns its working?
I think Autumn is starting to grow on me she interjects these phrases that really make sense. I wasn't really listening to what she was saying yesterday once the 60 seconds started lol."Decide what your working on- then go for it"

End of the day thoughts-
Whelp.
The number one thing I am missing is.... FLAVOR in my food.
I also still really hate veggies aka broccoli is still gross.
The only saving grace thus far food wise is that lemon juice is a freebie so I may have gone through 2 lemons today. I wonder how bad all that acid is?
I think tomorrow I might try to make one of the seasoning mixes in the book.
