Upper Body Fix
This is a quick post because I have so much to do today.
I finally got a new set of weights I got a set of 5lbs for the heavy.My arms were burning just from the 3 lbs so I think 5 will work.
FOOD:
I did go to subway for lunch, here is what I got-Whole wheat bread (the middle part scooped out)
Turkey
Pepperjack cheese (ONLY ONE TRIANGLE)
Toasted :)
Spinach (because you cannot have iceberg lettuce)
Green Peppers
Cucumber
Tomato
& I took home 2 packs of the red wine vinegar (they are freebies on the fix)
No Mayo, No oil, No special sauce of any kind.
